the swivel sweeper is crap. i got to use it once for five minutes then it stopped working it wont come back on. i charged it again and it wont come back on i looked for a number for customer service and the recording says goes a website which tells to you to email me them i didnt email them when i orded this junk i spoke to a person why now do i not get a person because they dont want to hear this is crap. exactly i will get a refund!!!!!

Your swivel sweepers are pieces of junk and you have nerve charging me 56 dollars to ship them to me so obviously the second one is not free. I bought two of the original swivel sweepers because I am on disability for my vision and I also have four herniated discs and cannot lift or push anthing heavy. The shipping costs was not mentioned to me when I called nor the fact that every accessory I ordered is charged for shipping. So a small 6 pound box costs me 56 dollars. Now if I want to return the sweepers I pay Shipping and Handling plus 12,95 per item to send you a check for what, I dont know. The original sweeper flipped all the time and the dirt would fall out on the carpet. The other one did the same thing but after three uses would not roll( I kept the rollers clean and the filter flipped out and will not go back in. On the G2 , the third time I used it the filter flipped off and will not go back on and the dust cup fell out completely rather than just tilting. Every time I put it back in, it falls out when I empty the cup . I think your company has a lot of nerve adertising this sweeper as a good ivestment, and charging people huge amounts of money obviously to pay for the second sweeper and parts and charging 12.95 plus shipping and handling to return a piece of junk . I am sure the consumer complaint board of the office of the attorney general would love to know about this as well as the better business bureau. I have never filled out a complaint before but having three sweepers break the first month, the fourth is still in the box is ridiculous. The two cusomer service reps I talked to were worthless. I bet you sleep well at night knowing the kind of misleading product you are selling. Sierraoliver@webtv.net
