I have read lots of bad reviews but I have nothing but good things to say about this. I have a fast internet connection and a newer computer so maybe that helps. It works as the perfect phone to back up my cell phones. Sound quality has been good and you can not beat the price. I love it so far and so does my wife. No more worrying about using all of our minutes.

i have 5 phones in my home i only can use this on one phone or when you plug it into your computer it will cover all phones or does it please let me know as i would like to buy one if it works with all phones.
